Meet Greg

Lake Lanier Isn’t Just Where I Fish. It’s My Happy Place.
Hi, I’m Greg Frullaney.
I was born and raised in New York, where I developed a lifelong passion for fishing. Over the years, I’ve fished extensively in both freshwater and saltwater, from smallmouth bass
to yellowfin tuna. I’ve pretty much done it all!
More than 20 years ago, I was relocated to Georgia, and Lake Lanier quickly became my home. Since then, I’ve spent countless days learning this incredible fishery — its structure, locations, and seasonal patterns.
Lake Lanier is home to some amazing largemouth and striped bass fishing, but it’s especially known for its world-renowned spotted bass. After more than two decades on the lake, I can honestly say this is my happy place.
This Is What I Was Meant to Do.
I started Greg’s Lanier Experience because I truly believe this is what I was meant to do.
I absolutely love spending time on the water with my clients. Whether I’m teaching someone the basics, helping them catch their first fish, or showing an experienced angler something completely new, my goal is for every trip to be an experience you’ll remember.
You don’t have to be a hardcore angler to enjoy a day on Lake Lanier. Whether you’re picking up a fishing rod for the first time or you’ve been fishing your entire life, I’ll tailor the experience around what you want from your day on the water.
Your Day. Your Experience.
Not every great day on the lake looks the same.
Maybe you want a peaceful morning watching the sunrise and enjoying the quiet. Maybe you want to learn new techniques and explore what Lake Lanier has to offer. Or maybe you’re looking for a wide-open day chasing giant spotted bass.
Whatever brings you to the lake, my goal is to give you the best experience I can.
To me, Lake Lanier is more than a place to fish.
It’s a sanctuary — a place where you can breathe deep, slow down, and enjoy an amazing day on the water.
I hope you’ll come experience it with me.
— Greg Frullaney
